3. Delivery Policy

• Delivery Area: We deliver within a 20-mile radius of our restaurant
• Delivery Fee: $5 flat fee within 5 miles; $5 base + $1.50/mile for 5-20 miles (minimum $100 order required beyond 5 miles)
• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary based on order volume and traffic conditions
• Contactless Delivery: Available upon request

4. Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash for pickup orders. All online payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement for a full refund
• Once food preparation has begun, cancellations may not be possible
• If you receive an incorrect or unsatisfactory order, please contact us immediately
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

6. Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements

While we take precautions to accommodate food allergies and dietary requirements, our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order.
